Private capital, deliberately connected
A permissioned path from opportunity to acknowledged handoff.
Equity gives companies, invited investors and licensed partners one place to prepare, review, disclose in stages and conduct diligence, with every decision recorded and every grant scoped, expiring and revocable.
Version 1 published to 2 invited organizations
Agreement on record · awaiting the company's decision
Revision 2 · amendable and withdrawable
Illustration with fictional data.
One journey, with separate decisions at every step
Publication, invitation, agreement and access are distinct decisions. A published summary never releases every document, and an investor's private question or interest is never visible to competing investors.
Prepare
A company prepares a structured opportunity and supporting documents. Every material change creates a reviewed version.
Review
The Equity team checks completeness and disclosure rights, then approves a version for a specific invited audience.
Disclose in stages
Invited investors read an approved summary, accept the applicable agreement and request a defined scope of access.
Diligence
Approved documents, private questions and answers, with every grant scoped, expiring and revocable.
Interest
Investors record explicitly nonbinding interest, amend it or withdraw it. Nothing here is an order.
Handoff
The parties approve an exact package for a named licensed partner, who acknowledges receipt of that version.
Built on explicit permissions
Every request is checked on the server against the current membership, an enumerated permission matrix, session assurance, audience, agreement coverage, grant scope and lifecycle.
Separate, accountable roles
Reviewers, operations, verification, support and security have distinct powers. No staff role browses company or investor material by default.
Data residency by design
Production and real-data databases, replicas, backups and recovery copies are required to stay in Saudi Arabia. This local build holds fictional data only.
Invitation only
There is no public listing and no open registration. Participants join through a personal, single-use, expiring invitation issued by their organization's administrator or by the Equity team.
